Your Card information is required to hold your appointment date/time.
Please reschedule/cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours a service fee of 25% may be held. I understand things do happen so let us know and we will try to work with you.
No call/No shows will be charged 25% or their scheduled service fee. 1st offense, the collected fee may be applied to your rescheduled appointment. 2nd Offense 25% will not be refunded. 3rd Offense, will be blocked from all bookings.
